$100/10 classes plus one free makeup class at the end of the session.

WHAT TO BRING

A thick sticky mat is essential to your practice! While mats will be available, it is strongly recommended that you bring your own. Bio spray and wipes to keep mats clean will be provided. Mats are available to purchase at Studio Om in Callander or at any department or sports store.

Props (blocks, blanket, straps and Pilates retention bands) are supplied.

Wear comfortable clothing that moves with you – dress in layers as your body will heat up once you start working!

* Please arrive 5 minutes before class. Try not to eat prior to class. No perfume is permitted.

Private and corporate classes are also available.

PRIVATE

Custom private classes (up to 4 people): $40/1.5 hrs
